The house was great! We found it was pretty centrally located to things we wanted to visit. We spent a majority of our time in the back yard. The kids loved the waterslide. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans and utensils needed to make big family meals.We arrived and found that the pool was not warm (after requesting it be heated). I reached out to management and they responded within minutes. After some troubleshooting with the pool maintenance company, we found that the pool pump had died. Management and the pool company did exactly as they said they would and the whole issue was resolved by 8am the next morning.2 small things - The cleaning crew is so thorough, that there are no spices/oils left over from any of the previous renters. This includes saltpepper, etc.Second, there is a fireplace in the listing. It exists, but it not for use by guests. That was a touch disappointing, but it makes sense. The fire risk level in Scottsdale is always high and the general public can be pretty careless.

Everything was excellent. Questions I had were answered quickly. Everyone who stayed liked the layout and thought it was a great place to have a meeting and stay. We will consider this property for our next years meeting in October.

Great pool area

Overall very good property, it was made by the outdoor space, including the water slide. The house has nice layout for big groups, including open living space, dining area and bedrooms. It is showing some signs of wear and tear of a constant rental, but minimal issue for a few days stay. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. We were an ‘early’ group so late nights etc weren’t in our plans, but there are signs around the neighbourhood that don’t like this is a rental property “homes not hotels”. And it is a bit further than anticipated from Old Town…expect to be spending 30min in an uber most times of day.

Awesome House!

Perfect for our golf trip. Plenty of bedrooms and space to hang in the house. We spent most of our time by the pool. The spa and water slide were a hit as he enjoyed the day watching sports on the outdoor tv. Location was ideal for golf, Old Town and not far from the airport. Would absolutely book here again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent every day in the fantastic pool. Management was so quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Hope we can get back here one day.

Relaxing Escapade

Beautiful home with great amenities for a family to have fun at! Great heater pool, jacuzzi and outside tv. Inside shuffleboard and spacious home. We had room to spare with a family of 8. Quiet neighborhood provided the most relaxing sleeps. Would highly recommend.

The Fun Holiday Vaycay we needed

We really enjoyed this home. We basically lived outdoors and enjoyed all the amenities around the pool. The house was nicely stocked with items you'd need (paper towels, towels, dish washer and washing machine detergent, and toilet paper - which doesn't always happen!) and we were welcomed to a snack basket and bottles of water in the fridge, which was a nice touch. We had constant and pleasant communication with the hosts if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

A group of fourteen women cousins. We had the best time. The house was wonderful and well-appointed. The backyard pool area was amazing! The property is close to shopping and Old Town was an easy to get to. This was our second stay here!!

Wonderful Property

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The pool, hot tub, and water slide were great for the kids and adults alike. There was plenty of space in this house for our group of 6. We used the kitchen and grill to make meals and everything worked wonderfully for food prep. The host was responsive to our requests. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience the indoors/outdoors living that Scottsdale has to offer.

Family Get Togther

Our group of15 aged 5-72 had a wonderful 5 day stay. We thought we could have used an extra bathroom being there are 7 bedrooms and one of the bathrooms is within the master suite. We loved the pool, but could have used more pool instructions and more frequent pool service. We had to call for pool service since the pool got very cloudy and needed the bottom vacuumed. Two different sets of trash day instructions for trash day pickup were confusing. But please know that the property is lovely and we loved the location and all had a great vacation together coming to us living in AZ from Michigan and Missouri.

Beautiful but be cautious

Property was fun, beautiful and spacious for our group of 13. The only downfall was once the floor was wet inside the house and around the pool it was slippery !! I recommend bringing rugs for the walkway or extra towels for the floor. Overall would def recommend.
