We loved the water park! The drinks were delicious. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were super accommodating. Everything about our stay was easy and great. I can’t wait to go back with my family.

This entire hotel desperately needs some TLC!! The carpet in our room was filthy and there was an odor in the room. The lazy river had a broken motor so the water wasn’t moving at all and the water level was too low. There was trash and dead landscaping everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel. Not worth the price!

The hotel was pretty old and outdated. I could not open or close the hotel room door- only my husband could because it was so warped and beat up. They had us sign up for pool times, yet no staff were on hand to check and pools were over packed. Our TV was spotty and many channels were not working. Overall, I was disappointed and know there are nicer hotels around for the same price.

A complete disregard for state mandated mask wearing and CDC guidelines by keeping hotel pool open. Guest were encouraged not to social distance or wear masks while over 50 people splashed about in the water. Not a safe place to stay.

I liked the water attractions and the room was satisfactory I also appreciate the importance of all staff and workers wearing mask was a big plus

This property would be beautiful if it had full blown renovation. At a minimum, keep up with landscaping, trim the trees and bushes, blow all the dirt and leaves, clean the bird poop that is all over everything! Couldn’t sit on patio because it was everywhere. Can’t sit on chairs, rocks or brick walls around property because it’s covered in bird poop. Furniture is hard and old. Update and it would be beautiful place.

The property was not 4 stars. Lazy river was cloudy. I realize the resort has not been opened that long, but more staff cleaning, picking up/removing trash, weeding, etc. would help.

The room was clean and seemed updated which is great. The grounds were very disappointing. Trash was not picked up, some of the fountains were not operating and it seemed to need some general updates. I also noticed the convention center next door is not being maintained at all in terms of landscaping. All the flowers were dead and it just looked unkept...likely due to Covid but still a bit of an eye sore. When we checked in we were given a sheet that listed all of the services that were not available i.e. Lazy River and the F&B outlets...understandable and not a huge deal but there was no mention that the hotel is not currently offering stay over service. We dialed 0 but no one picked up we also dialed another Guest Services number but no one answered there either. We walked to the desk who informed us of the number to call for soap/shampoo, trash pick-up and coffee. Instead a housekeeper was by our room when we returned and she was happy to provide that for us. Hope that helps. I have been in the hospitality industry since 1984 and I know things can get difficult to manage especially in a situation like we are in. We were glad you were open but disappointed that we did not get a "resort-like" experience but still paid quite a bit. We expected full service amenities but really only received limited service. Thanks!

Good service and friendly staff but the property is really dated. The casita we stayed in was clean and spacious but dark and a little musty inside. Also needs an update on wall paint and texture, looks like it is from the 1990s.

I stay there when I am working in Phoenix great place

We've always enjoyed it because of its water feature. The property has become dated and needs upgrading throughout. It's really pretty stale and not a good value.

The staff was amazing! Very nice and accommodating!! We stayed for a wedding closeby And it was perfect for what we needed however the old rooms need to be updated!

Seriously not worth what it cost me to stay there. Disappointed about the entire stay. Was really excited by booking, reality didn’t match up to photos. Old, really bad conditions. Elevator was torn up. Place was crumbling down in spots. Needs major work improvements. I won’t be recommending it. Hilton name wasn’t enough to save this place.

not clean would not stay again nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddd
