there was a lot of noise from room next to me, reported. fountains not working. not able to get into Jacuzzi and one Jacuzzi was locked. called security to open but did not get open. not happy with stay at all. was staying at Arizona Grand and had to relocate for extended stay.

This resort was really disappointing. The hotel was very dated and the renovated rooms are not given to us because we booked our trip on Expedia. The water park was dirty and very overcrowded. Definitely would not return to this resort!

The resort is great for families who want a mini water park. If you did not want this then you may be disappointed. The restaurant is great, but very family friendly as is the whole place so not a romantic get away.

The pool area was crowded and hard to find a seat if you did not go right at 8:00. This is more suited for kids from 3-10. The one water slide was not very long, or fun. Poolside food is way to expensive. The staff was friendly and nice. The room was clean and large enough for my family of 5.

Older, worn and dated facility, pools and room. All exterior access to rooms. Limited staff. In need of total update.

Great courteous staff, took us to the store via a shuttle while our husbands were at the game. Clean resort, great amenities and so much to do we barely had to leave or want for anything.

This is the second time we got a room at this hotel. We were surprised when we checked in that they now have a charge for each day of our stay to use to pool.

The hotel grounds are well-kept. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pools needed some cleaning. You could see dirt accumulation on the bottom. Aside from the cleanliness of the pool, it is a great place for little kids, as the pool depth doesn't exceed 3 1/2 feet, but I had hoped for a pool with more depth to do laps. The lazy river doesn't flow like the ones I'm used to, you have to push yourself through to the end. The food and service at the pool was very good. Our stay was very pleasant, however at checkout, we found we were charged an additional $26.00 per day. When asked about the charge, they said it was for WiFi. We had attempted to connect to their WiFi multiple times but could never get it to work. We told them about this, but they still charged us. All in all, for the price, it was a good place to stay.

Wi-Fi didn't work in our room...only one jet in the hot tub we used was working...the restaurants are seasonal so even though you pay a $25 amenity fee not all amenities work or are open. Our patio was barely large enough for two people and had an ugly concrete wall you couldn't see over when sitting down. For sure not what the pictures looked like.

We have a family of 6 (2 parents; 4 kids ages 9,8,4 and 7mos) and this was a perfect place for us! We live in Prescott and wanted to get away for the nights and have been eyeing this resort for a while. Sept. was perfect time to go because the lack of people and the weather is mid 80's! The water park is really like a small park but it was very easy for me to watch all 4 kids at once. I wish they had more dining options but the food at the pool was very good, just a little pricey than I would like to spend on 6 people for pool food. There was a lot of construction and the casita we were staying in was being held up by jacks, I really hope that was safe! But the casita was awesome for all of us, the resort was very clean, the staff was SUPER friendly. We will be back again!

I have stayed here at least half a dozen times over 20 years, and it never disappoints. The property and rooms are kept current, the amenities are always top shelf. The resort pools are great, and the "River Ranch" area continues to be fun for all.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation so I imagine that will improve the facilities. The suite was nice though a bit outdated. It sleeps 4 but only 2 glasses and 2 disposable cups. Had to ask for more even though only two of us in room. Dirty q-tip in the floor when we arrived but otherwise it seemed clean. We enjoyed the pool and pool deck.

Fun place to stay! Maid service was exceptional. Our room was beautifully cleaned and straightened daily. The pools were fun. I appreciated the big full size beach towels at the pool. The wait staff was very accommodating and made for a relaxing get away. It is a very attractive resort and we had a nice trip. Our king suite was roomy for our family of 4. Drinks and food were pricey as were items in stores on site like sunscreen-$16.00! Stop at Walgreens instead! The website mentioned that the North Point suites will be renovated this summer. They are in need of some TLC. Clean and comfortable but our sofa sleeper was broken and not usable and we had to have two roll away beds brought in for our daughters as no other rooms were available. They were comfortable but we had two roll away beds to deal with in what would have been a nice size room so that was a bummer. Also shower curtain rod drooped and the bathroom door stuck. Lots of additional fees at checkout which bummed me out s bit especially since I felt we should have been compensated in some way for the broken sofa bed. All in all a very fun trip and it looks like they are aware of rooms needing updating.

We were very unhappy that at 10am going to any of the pools at the complex you could not find a lounge chair to sit in. With all the resorts I have ever stayed at this is the first time it has ever happened to us. And yes I have been to resorts on holiday weekends so I don't want to hear that excuse.

Staff was very accommodating. They moved me fro a room I didn't like. I enjoyed the facilities and my stay.

Our room never got cleaned even after 2 requests.

If you have kids and want a vacation that will appeal to everyone, this is it.

Great location. Very clean and safe. Spendy but worth it.

My family loved this hotel! Awesome location, awesome pools, great staff and very comfortable bed and pillows! Room was very well laid out and we want to go back!

Hotel was older & needs updating. Staff was very friendly and accommodating but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Found toys & food left from previous guests and then killed a cockroach in the room.
