The rooms were clean and acceptable. However, would angered me as they charge $10 a night for parking and the parking is not protected. You are in an alley basically. Parking like that should be free or complementary.

Very nice property in a sweet area of Scottsdale. Rooms are very nice and updated. Definitely one of the better deals I’ve had in a while.

The comforter served as th bed sheet and that’s gross because every hotel stay I remove the comforter because it’s least likely to be washed. The power strip for the phones and the fridge weren’t working had to call service for that. Had to call service because they don’t have keys to enter your room just pass codes and that wasn’t working. The bed was so soft :/ Sorry to be such a downer but not great They did have toothpaste for me that I forgot !

I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was close to everything I wanted to do. Uber pickups were within 10 minutes of request. The room was clean and comfy and I loved the heated pool. It's not full of amenities like no washer/dryer or breakfast but a lovely old motel feel with an updated, clean feeling.

Check-in/Check-out: Both were quick and easy. The front desk staff were welcoming, clear with information, and made the whole process smooth. Service: Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. I felt taken care of the entire time. Cleanliness: The room and common areas were spotless, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Location: The area felt very safe, and it was convenient to everything I needed. On our way back to airport chose to overnite once again at this cute renovated motel. Its not just the price, which is fabulous, but also we felt safe with very comfortable beds. Thanksgiving Eve and our check in was super quick from a smiling sweet front desk team member. And dont forget to eat at the Japanese infusion resturant, so extremly good! Its a top rated Scottsdale resturant in a sea of excellant resturants!

Very much enjoyed this quaint renovated motel. Staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was super clean. Mattress is so comfortable. Papago's price for a Scottdale area accommodation can not be beaten. May not be for all tastes but it was just perfect for us. Plus the resturant Hai Noon within the motel was fabulous!

The room was nice, the staff was pleasant, and I would stay here again. The only downside is the walls do not have very good sound minimization. Between people playing in the pool and staff talking loudly in the hallway, it was difficult to relax.
