Fun in the sun

The home was perfect for our needs. Well equipped and supplied. Loved the outdoor patio, bbq , pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds in all rooms. Well stocked with pool towels as well as bath towels. We hope to come back again next year. Great communication with owner/management co. as well....

The home was clean and provided everything we needed for a short stay. The wine cooler was a nice touch. The property manager was responsive and nice to work with. We enjoyed our stay and the ease of it all. We loved the pool and hot tub and all the outdoor areas. Morning walks on the adjacent golf club was great.

Well equipped and thought out property. Kitchen had everything. They even provided plenty of beach towels for the pool. This is on my list to visit again. 6 adults had a great time.

Great place for spring training!

We had a blast at this property. The place was very clean and perfect for four buddies reuniting to enjoy some spring training games. Beautiful view of the golf course, loved the hot tub, and enjoyed watching TV outside. The pool is "solar heated" and turns on automatically but it was quite cold. This may have been due to the time of year. Overall, highly recommend! Thank you!

Perfect escape from winter

We could not have asked for more -- everything was wonderful. An amazing house complete with everything we needed for a family get-away. Weather was also perfect so we could enjoy hours on the patio and in the pool and hottub. Would definately recommend a stay at this Desert Oasis!!!

Awesome outdoor space!

We spent most of our time outside using the pool and hot tub. We loved grilling and eating our meals on the patio. Plenty of space for two families! Fantastic house!!!

Two weeks in Phoenix

The property is in pretty good shape. It was clean and had ample supplies of all things you would need (dish soap, dishwasher soap, soap & shampoo in the bathroom, plenty of bath towels and soap to do laundry. We did not use the pool, it was January, but we did use the hot tub several times and it was wonderful. If I were every in need of a place in Phoenx I would use this house again!

Escape from the frozen tundra

We took a beat and left the cold and grey for a much needed dose of sunshine. Had a great time. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. The house was lovely and very clean. We’d definitely go back.

Well appointed home, great location in city

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the needs for a guest. The outdoor area is where we spent a lot of time, the chairs and pool area could have been better maintained, in my opinion. Overall a good experience.

Great stay!

The house was great for 6 adults. The outside area is very nice especially the hot tub. It is in close proximity to Peoria Sports Complex for Spring Training games. Overall, we would definitely book again!

Great property, pool temp a disappointment

The property is in a good neighborhood and located on a golf course (private-so you can’t play it). Big 4 bedroom with room for 8 plus hide-a-bed double and a large l-shaped couch 2 kids could sleep on very easily. The kitchen was a bit sparse on silverware, but otheiwise very nice. The pool says it is solar heated but never got above 72 deg and was a big disappointment. The hot tub was great. Great grill, poolside which we used multiple times. Some small issues with cleanliness, like the sliding glass door to the pool were very dirty. Also the carpeting had multiple spots that I cleaned up. Owners were prompt in all inquiries. If the pool had been heated enough to swim this would have been a solid 5 star rating.

Beautiful house for family get away

House was just as advertised. Pool was great for the family. after a day of games. Very spacious just like home. I recommend this property for anyone who has family kids watched Disney + in the den while we enjoyed the Laker game. Plenty of space for everyone.
