Had a great stay here. Lots of streaming options on the television to go along with the clean and sanitary conditions. Easy check-in and check out instructions made for a seamless experience.

House was in a nice and quiet older neighborhood that was perfect for our needs. All needed amenities were available with lots of extras in case of an accident or emergency. Clean and comfortable for our family of 8 traveling from Boise. Nicely sized for room to spread out but still be in the conversation. Nice thick high end towels for us all. One of the things I would recommend is to add a few large full length mirrors in a few bedrooms for getting ready. The only mirrors were in the 2 bathrooms, which did the job. We were in town for my son’s wedding and larger mirrors would have been appreciated by the ladies. We all enjoyed this house and loved how close it was to downtown Mesa and the wedding reception venue. Thanks Austin for sharing your VRBO with us!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas in this home. Home is clean, spacious and all amenities are as described. We appreciated that toddler toys as we brought our 2 children with us on this trip. We also had elder family members with us and the spacious shower, ranch style/no stairs, clear pathways and plenty of seating made them feel comfortable. This home is great for multi-generational families. Bedding was comfortable, thermostat worked great and check-in/out was a breeze. Host was very responsive and kind. We did not use the pool, but it was well secured; which is important if you have children around. Nearby freeway access, parks, shopping and restaurants. We would love to come back to this property for future vacations.

Clean and Comfortable!

This was our second time staying as a family while visiting a college student at ASU. It is wonderful and makes for a great visit.It’s well cared for and clean. Very well appointed, everything you could need and lots of little extras (Kleenex, coffee, sound machines, Lysol wipes, throw blankets, games etc to name a few) that many places I’ve stayed don’t have- but minimalist in a way that makes it easy to move in, make it home for a few days, and clear back out with ease. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pool is super inviting. The kitchen has everything you need. And the location is close to grocery stores and restraints for any quick needs. Also makes for a pretty easy drive to lots of nice little areas. (Tempe/ASU, Historic Downtown Chandler, Downtown Gilbert and Old Town Scottsdale were all places we easily visited for ice cream, dinner or shopping in our three days!)Host is also helpful and quick to respond.Thanks again!

Excellent Time in Mesa

Property has been immaculately renovated. The property is well set up and pretty much provides all the amenities for a well appointed "stay. It is well located for dining out and grocery shopping as well as just about any shopping needs. It is also located very close to the U.S. Route 60 freeway so that access to local area attractions is convenient.

Not all house rules in description!!

I loved the house and pool,however was not aware of two house policies until the check in process. I was not allowed to wear shoes in the home. I would have brought house shoes. Also no food or drinks outside of the kitchen. The youngest in our group was 58. I'm sure we would be responsible to a property without these rules.

Perfect base for phoenix hikes

Everything worked. Even supplied coffee. Pool is a bit chilly but nice to cool off after a hot long hike. No complaints.

Excellent space

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and smelled good. Check in was easy. The house is stocked with everything you need including consumables which isn't always the case at a VRBO. The pool was so clean and looked refreshing but was unfortunately too cold for us to swim in January. It would be nice for the guest rooms to have bedside tables and/or dressers and possibly mirrors on the walls for "get ready" space. Overall this is a 5 star and we will remember it as we will be back in the area!

Perfect place to stay

This is the third year we’ve rented this house and we love it! Austin is super accommodating and always very responsive. The house is a great setup and the location is perfect. I definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay here in the future!

First time using a house for stay . Was nice enjoyed the big bed the other listings I looked at had one king or queen and twins but this had all bigger beds in the rooms . Pool was nice and big . Defiantly clean and spacious house .

Squeaky clean & All you need!

Great house in Mesa! We were in town for a wedding and this house had everything we needed for our family stay. The house was really easy to get to and checking in and out was super smooth. The house was immaculately clean and had everything you could need. Nice touches with extra fans and sound machines. Our kids loved the pool, lots of great floats and toys available for use! We reached out to the owner with a couple questions and they responded extremely quickly. Highly recommend!

Great stay for our family

The house was as advertised; clean, with spacious living and dining area and very inviting back yard and pool area. Austin was exceptionally responsive when I had questions, and worked hard to work with me on a few "tweaks" in our needs. For long term stays (a week or more?) you will be living out of your suitcase since there are no dressers - just a heads up. The vent over the kitchen table is a straight shot connection to the master bedroom, so sound travels unmuffled through that vent (feels like a design flaw in the house). The beds are comfy and it is a very convenient location. Park right across the street is very nice for anyone travelling with children who need to get out and run around a bit.

Wonderful home away from home.

We had a short but wonderful stay at this property and look forward to returning again! The pool was glorious, the home was spacious and very well cared for. Everything seemed well thought out. Having four bedrooms was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. We were actually visiting to get a college student settled in- we ate out, went to campus many times and ran endless errands. I think in our two days we were in Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert & Chandler and all were quick and easy drives. Communication w host was also excellent.
