A Few House Rules to Ensure a Great Stay!

We’re glad you’re here! To help everyone have an enjoyable stay, please take a moment to review these guidelines:

Entry Cameras
For everyone’s safety and security, we have cameras at entry points. Please leave them untouched. Any tampering or removal will result in a $250 fine.

Wi-Fi Usage
Wi-Fi is essential for the comfort and convenience of all guests and smooth home operations. Please do not disable or unplug the Wi-Fi equipment. Doing so will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Home Systems & Appliances
Please do not alter or adjust any systems in the house—including security cameras, pool equipment, air/heating systems, timers, water heaters, or mailbox—without prior approval. Unauthorized adjustments result in a $500 fine and immediate removal without refund.

Guest Limit
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed overnight. Extra guests discovered onsite will incur a $50/night fee per guest (no exceptions).

Quiet Hours
Please observe Scottsdale’s city quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM. Violations can result in city fines and additional fees due to disturbances. Let’s keep it peaceful!

Pets
While we absolutely love pets, this property cannot accommodate them. Bringing pets will result in a $500 fine.

Parking
Enjoy our free onsite parking, accommodating up to 4 vehicles (2 in driveway and 2 on the street).

Please respect neighbors and do not park in front of their homes.

Long-Term Stays (30+ Days)
If you're booking for a month or more, we’ll ask you to sign a rental agreement after confirming your reservation.
