PROS: The space was exactly as shown—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hot tub and pool were highlights of our stay! We were initially cautioned about no cannonballs or jumping into the pool, but it ended up being a welcoming environment where both guests and residents enjoyed our kids playing.GOOD TO KNOW: The patio gate opens directly to the sidewalk/street rather than an interior courtyard, which may matter for some guests. Also, the pendant lights in the kitchen hang a bit low—my 6'2" husband bumped into them a few times during our stay.CONS: None.

The condo was in a great location for restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfy. Nice towels. We gave it a 4-star instead of 5 due to the tile flooring really needing repaired/replaced. That made it feel old (and in the hall bath it made it feel dirty even though it wasn't). The wood floors in the main area were great. Janet was great with communication.

Everything was fabulous.Very comfortable home away from home.Janet our host was great.This is the best location.The pool was lovely and we even had a lemon tree on the grounds to have a fresh lemon slice in our tea.Grocery store across the street (Sprouts) is similar to Whole Foods, very nice selection of meals put together.Would definitely stay here again.

Janet was an excellent host and the place was clean, convenient, well-equipped and otherwise as advertised. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. The only downside was some road noise, but that was largely during the day. It was quiet at nighttime. Convenience comes at the price of a little noise!! A very enjoyable stay!!

Great Location!

Nice condo to get away to for a couple of weeks! It's also nice to be on the ground floor as the patio's are more spacious than the upper floors. Great outdoor space to enjoy!Having a grocery store (Sprouts) across the street is so convenient, as well as a few restaurants. Old Town is an easy walk away.Janet was an excellent host, available and great to communicate with, if needed.

Best VRBO stay I’ve ever had!

Highly highly recommend!! Janet was so welcoming and even went out of her way to refund part of our stay when the water went out which was out of her control. It was within walking distance of everything in Old Town, we never even had to leave the area! We Ubered some but it was so quick and easy. We went for a fun one time trip and are now talking about going back again because it was that great.

Great Location Condo

Everything was just as written. Clean easy to get into with the type of lock on door. Perfect location with Sprouts, two Sports Bars, TJMAXX and a really good Italian restaurant just across the street. Nice neighborhood to take long walks and very comfortable inside. Really enjoyed our Christmas in this condo!
