We are nestled in the splendid Stonedge at Troon North, a fully rejuvenated gated community renowned for its exclusivity and appeal to those aged 45 and above. Our residence offers access to the heated community pool and spa within Stonedge and is conveniently situated within walking distance of the clubhouse at Troon North Golf Club, which boasts two world renowned 18-hole golf courses... Pinnacle and Monument. Our condo is thoughtfully positioned just steps away from the Stonedge community pool and spa and located on the first hole of the Troon North Monument Golf Course.

On the upper level, our condo features a generously sized master bedroom with queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet and a full 4-piece bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Additionally, there is a queen-size Murphy wall bed in the loft area, with a jack and jill patio door balcony patio connecting the loft and bedroom. Laundry facilities are also conveniently located upstairs.

The well-lit and spacious main floor of our residence includes a fully equipped kitchen with a raised eating bar, a half bath, a roomy living area, and a kitchenette dining space. It's worth noting that there are no steps on this level, except for the elegant spiral staircase leading upstairs to the sleeping quarters. Furthermore, there is an attached garage space available for one vehicle.

We provide all the necessities, such as bed linens, bath linens, and well-stocked kitchen items, including various small appliances. The home is tastefully furnished with comfortable and stylish pieces. Our beds are of exceptional quality, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day filled with sunbathing, hiking, golfing, poolside relaxation, shopping, or simply enjoying the warmth of the fireplace.

And when the sun sets, you'll experience the magical quiet and peaceful ambiance of our surroundings with a night sky perfect for stargazing. Within a short drive, you'll find an array of dining options, shopping destinations, grocery stores, sports, and entertainment. Additionally, we offer complimentary WiFi, and there are televisions in both the living room and the upstairs bedroom. Lastly, the back patio on the main level features a covered BBQ area, a charming lemon tree, and comfortable seating for four, where you can observe daily golfers and the diverse desert wildlife. Please note that the quails in the lemon tree prefer quietude during the night and should not be disturbed.
