We booked this vacation with the intention of swimming and laying by the pool. We grocery shopped since there was a kitchen. But an hour after checking in, we got a message that the pool was closed indefinitely during our stay. After many back and forth messages with Cozy Suites, I was told we could not cancel, but would be compensated for the days the pool was closed. So we left right away, booked a hotel nearby, and had to throw away some of the groceries since we no longer had a kitchen. On the day we would have checked out, the pool was still closed, so I messaged about getting compensated and all they were willing to do is about 1/5th of the total cost. This was unacceptable to me, so I will be in contact with my credit card company and my attorney. Also - the parking app did not work, but they said that was not their problem. I am very unhappy with all of this.

Parking is so limited

This was my second time staying here. I got in at 11pm and forget about parking. There is literally a handful of spots open and residents all take them. The public parking is closed by 10. They were no help when I called, was on hold for 20 mins. There are no other options close and there are lots of homeless in the park next store. Once I finally found parking and lugged all my things inside it was an absolute maze to find the unit. AC was broken, was told earlier in the day it was but would be fixed. Has a fun night of sweating. Bed is so uncomfortable and hard.

Terrible experience.

Where to begin? I called because I knew we were coming in late. In the introductory email, it was mentioned that if there was no parking in the lot, there was an additional lot next door BUT it was locked from 10 pm to 5 am. I called and was told, no problem, just park "on the street". Well, there was no "street" parking to be seen. OK, so we got into the building and found the room. It' nearly midnight at this point and we are beat. Ok, I have the code for the door from the email. I put it in and nothing. Try it again, door won't unlock, keep trying tit different ways and door won't open. So, we call the support number... 3 times for over 30 minutes and nobody answers. What would you do? Mercifully, we found a place to stay for the night. Over 12 hours after this, I get an email to try a different door code. This is WELL after I had sent emails to this business. In short, I want a refund. I am told it is going to "management". Beware.
