I had to say that the lady that has been on call for over nine days was very rude and nasty to my family members it was Christmas and they tried to be as pleasant to her as possible, but she was very upset and rude. This is not the staff that you need in your company.

Upon arrival, I waited 30 minutes before a concierge assisted me as there was no one at the front desk. A couple walked in and said the front desk concierge had been gone for over an hour. The entire third floor smelled like a toilet overflowed, the pillows in my room were all stained as was the bedding. I landed up sleeping on top of the covers with my sweater coat as my blanket and another sweater as my pillow.

When we check in the guy at the desk did not tell us that we had to request clean towels each day and clean the room. We went out for the evening when we came back to the room the dirty towels were still on the floor.Called the front desk and ask the lady that we needed clean towels and she told us to come to the front desk and she would give us some would not bring them to the room. Very disappointed with the staff there. We have stayed at hotels with your company and never had that kind of service.

The exterior of the building needs some refreshing. The parking lot needs to be completely redone. It's basically gravel at this point. The rooms are definitely starting to show their age but clean enough. Bed was comfortable. The hallways and one elevator I used had a really bad sewer odor. I could smell cigarette smoke coming in from the window AC unit. Not sure I'll stay here again.

The whole Hotel smelled like the sewer backed up in it. Then the sink filled up with sewage from the room above . They came to fix it but the sink still wouldn’t drain . The people working were all very nice . But the Hotel itself was very neglected.

Family visit. Hotel was chosen for lowest cost and proximity to others. I did not need to hang anything but I was surprised that space and hangers weren’t provided. Hooks or bars are needed to hang towels.
