The hotel is fairly new and a nice design, but the housekeeping is a disaster. Our room was filthy...we called to have the room cleaned and told them we were leaving the room. Gone for 4 hours, room not cleaned. Tried it again the next day, "we're leaving our room now", gone 5 hours still not cleaned. I hate being glad handed and that's exactly what they do...they're very nice in their greetings and horrible on execution.

Our Housekeeping team will provide a daily refresh where they only replenish amenites, towels and take out any trash and on a guest's 3rd day is when they automatically provide a full-service. Of course, we're happy to take requests at any time for a full cleaning so I'm sorry if we didn't execute this when it was asked for through our front desk team.
