Welcome to one of the most well known historic neighborhoods in all of Phoenix... the family friendly Windsor Neighborhood. Walk through the neighborhood and check out all the unique historic homes on the way to Uptown Plaza… the first strip mall shopping center in Phoenix. OR take just as short of a walk on 7th St for a bite to eat at any of the great spots along "Restaurant Row".

The first homes in the Windsor neighborhood were built in 1929, but the neighborhood didn't reach completion of all homes until the early 1950's, due to the depression and WWII.

Originally opened in 1955 at the corner of Central and Camelback, Uptown plaza was completely remodeled a few years back to bring the original look and feel back, but with an updated modern luxury twist.
AJ’s Fine Foods, Huss Brewery, Sushi Vibe, Lou Malnati’s, Flower Child, Dapper & Stout, Chula’s Seafood, The Boardroom, West Elm, The Muse, Shake Shack, Zookz Sandwich Shop and Nektar Juice Bar are a number of the great spots all located in Uptown Plaza… but there’s still more than that.

Minutes from Camelback mountain (also seen from the street) and only 2.5 miles to the famed Arizona Biltmore hotel, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the late 1920’s. The Biltmore Fashion Square shopping, entertainment and restaurant area is adjacent as well.

Centrally located throughout the entire Phoenix valley, excellent for accessing Phoenix has to offer! Very close to GCU, we regularly host families and students as well :)

Your own parking space(s) at the very back of the long driveway. Private and gated entry to the back patio from the driveway, leading to the rear door of the guest house.

Architecturally designed modern guest house with plenty of open, relaxing living space for everyone to enjoy. 2 bedrooms, a beautiful custom bathroom and full size kitchen for the space… you’ll feel right at home.

Living room:
Custom love seat and sofa sleeper with a queen size memory foam mattress. High end top grain leather lounge chairs are great for relaxing with a book... or watch a game on the 85” tv.

The industrial strength custom barn doors, consisting of 100+ year old charcoal gray wood on the outside and enzyme deteriorated mushroom wood on the insides were fabricated by a local professional woodsmith that lives in the neighborhood.

Bedrooms:
High end mattresses throughout, the plush king is super comfy to watch the new 65” tv in bed or to just get a great night’s sleep.
The queen bedroom has Jack & Jill type access to the bathroom through the pocket door.
The 3rd bed is the memory foam queen size mattress in the pull out sofa sleeper.

Bathroom:
The stunningly beautiful 100+ year old dark honey barn wood floating vanity was also made by the same woodworker who made the barn doors.
Dual valve shower with rainfall shower head and mounted/hand held spray head with custom tile work and glass door enclosure.

Kitchen:
Quartz countertops lay atop custom painted cabinets with brass hardware.
Purified reverse osmosis drinking water from separate faucet at the side of the porcelain farm sink.
Built in high end ice machine creates crystal clear ice squares... great for cocktails or simply a 2nd great ice option.
*There isn’t a standard range, but the microwave is also a convection oven. Who wants to cook anyhow with so many great restaurant options so close?!

Laundry:
Full size, extra capacity washer and dryer if you want to stay on top of your laundry.

Plenty of space to park, but also one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Uptown Phoenix!

2 kids and labradoodle dog on property. Shared access to our pool in the backyard. Please note that it is not heated and the removable fence remains down. Please reach out if fence needed for small kids, etc ahead of time.

Select breed dogs allowed. Sorry, no cats allowed as we are allergic to cat dander. Pet fee per dog.
