I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the property during our recent seven-day stay. Unfortunately, several issues significantly detracted from our experience and were not resolved despite assurances.The hot tub was non-functional for the duration of our stay, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes left by previous tenants and was also broken. Additionally, the bathroom fan in the upstairs bathroom detached and fell on my brother, who had to repair it himself.When I spoke with you, you mentioned that you had hoped the hot tub would be working during our stay and that you would send a handyman to fix the dishwasher. However, no one ever came to address these problems. We were left to deal with someone else's dirty dishes, which forced us to dispose of groceries and incur unplanned expenses for eating out, as the kitchen was not functional.As a result of these issues, I request a credit or partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment we experienced.
