I resent the notion that i have to pay for a stay that I did not even check in for. I made the reservation after 6:00 PM when I decided to find a place near work so I would not have to drive for a special meeting on the weekend. My wife was going to join me later. When I finally found the place (practically invisible -- no lighting) and very seedy. So I decided to go home. Orbitz tried to help get the reservation removed but because the night manager was so disagreeable (he insisted that since it was after 6:00 PM -- I made the RESERVATION after 6:00 PM) he charged me for a stay I did not even check in for. This was not a company expense. So I doubt I will be using Orbitz or especially this place ever. If my company (it's GLOBAL) has people coming, they will not be staying here.

Is it nice hotel for the price especially around the area a lot of things to do and restaurants

Good stay for the price and location, plenty to do in the area nearby, lots of food, shopping, etc within walking distance, easy access to the freeway although the property itself is located in a bit of a tucked away spot that can be difficult to get to, television selection and quality needs to be updated, overall satisfied and would stay again.

Solid overall, but very bare bones. Didn't have an ice machine, and didn't even have a true breakfast! But, I like the kitchen setup inside the hotel room.

Offered a great rate foe the area the hotel is in. Older building but clean and well kept other than a cleaning towel we found on the floor of the room.

The hotel was in a good area, but the room smelled like dirty socks when I got there and the smell would not go away after airing the room out.

The room was very noisy. The hotel didn’t provide shampoo or conditioner. There was mold in the shower. There was no one at the front desk at check out. However the staff was friendly at check in.

Dear Hotel Manager, My stay at your hotel could have improved in two ways. One, request someone on staff to clean up discarded cigarette butts that were littered about in stairways and outside hall ways. It just looks bad. It is not just one or two butts, but dozens. Two, Housekeeping should have done a better job before room is rented. On the main room work table, there was a sticky spill mark from a previous guest. The mark was circular and larger than the bottom of a soda can. The spot was in the perfect area to use a laptop mouse. Couldn't do this. Summary, Better Cleanliness. Thank you.

No waste paper basket in room. Very hard bed. Rooms very noisy starting at 6:30am

Spring traing in Az. all hotels expensive. This is a bare bones room with a bed, terrible but not nice either. Found old empty whiskey bottle in the closet. Actually closet is a rack with a curtain. Door was very difficult to open. Shower faucett would not shut off, huge leak. Way below normal standards, stayed here for the price $200 per day. I won't make that cheap out mistake again.

Animal hair in the room. Claw marks on the furniture.

When I checked in the lobby smelled a little like urine. This hotel is in a very nice area so I expected more. I found a piece of thick tubing that looked like maybe it was fashioned to smoke something with, but I could be wrong about what it was for. You'd think they would have cleaned it up at some point though. They have 4 washers, 2 of which were broken, the "working" one I used didn't run a spin cycle so my closes were soaking wet so I had to wring them out. They also have 8 dryers, 7 of which are broken, seriously. The only working dryer was in use so I ended up hanging my clothes up all over my room to dry. I can't see every going back here. It was cheap, but I'd rather spend a little more for something better.

rented 4 rms 3 out of the 4 had plugged up plumbing all rms need a deep cleaning the outside walkways all needed a good cleaning also am not a picky person and have stayed in hotels all over the county my recommendation spend some money on cleaning

Room was fine. Only issue was the plumbing. The sink didn't drain in the bathroom

No cups even for water. Need to beg for cups at front desk.

At 3 am someone was banging on room doors for over an hour. Sketchy

This is the worst hotel experience, including many in 3rd world countries. The website lied about having coffee maker in room, dishes, utensils, etc. There was nothing available. The first room they gave me had coffee grounds and trash left in the cupboards. The second room wasn't much better. It's generally unclean (hairs on the counters and toilet, dead nats/bugs all over the kitchen counters), I had to go pay full price for another hotel for 6 nights and this ruined my vacation.
