Room was fine. Only issue was the plumbing. The sink didn't drain in the bathroom

No cups even for water. Need to beg for cups at front desk.

At 3 am someone was banging on room doors for over an hour. Sketchy

This is the worst hotel experience, including many in 3rd world countries. The website lied about having coffee maker in room, dishes, utensils, etc. There was nothing available. The first room they gave me had coffee grounds and trash left in the cupboards. The second room wasn't much better. It's generally unclean (hairs on the counters and toilet, dead nats/bugs all over the kitchen counters), I had to go pay full price for another hotel for 6 nights and this ruined my vacation.

This motel really tries to do their best but seem to have continual maintenance issues do to poor construction. I like the people and would stay here again.

great one night stay quick and easy staff was great and we enjoyed the hotel we would go back in a second

well priced. friendly and helpful staffs. nothing to complain about.

Everything is OK except they clean the room every 8 days instead on a more regular basis

I stayed for easter from Friday to Sunday. Everything is good about this hotel but the personnel. I stayed first in another location in Phoenix, and noticed the same lack of attention to the customer. Thought it would be different here, but it seems it's all the same. If you don't care taking some extra time to check in and have to deal with some attitude problems for a little time, then this is the hotel for you.

I booked a nonsmoking room and none were available when I checked in. The room was filthy & smelled terrible. There were no pillows so I had to go to the office and get them. There was no microwave, coffee pot or dishes in the kitchen. I had to leave my room after I checked in just to go buy some water at the gas station next door. After all that I finally got into bed and turned on the tv which did not work! I felt like I was in a trashy B rated movie. I proceeded to then try to go to sleep and saw the electricians tape on the curtains to help keep them closed otherwise people could see in.

Staff was very friendly but the hotel is hard to find. Being an extended stay hotel meant there was no ice machine or hair dryer which made it a little bit interesting. But overall it was in the right place at the right time.

Will think twice about a future stay at an Extended Stay America. Upon arrival, the towels were dirty, there was no soap and not a single hanger for my clothes. I was informed room likely was not fully ready due to lack of staff. Only real positive was the location.

Luckily I had a meeting to attend at the Cottonwood Resort which was beautiful. I only had to sleep at this hotel. It was adequate but needs to be spruced up a bit.

I was disappointed because I booked a room with two beds for my husband and his uncle but we got a room with 1 bed. The hotel was full so they could not get him into a room with two beds. My husband had to sleep on a very unconfortable rollaway bed for 4 days. We did get a $90.00 refund from the manager for our inconvience but we were still unhappy. The staff was nice, the location was perfect and the room was clean.

,Good location, quite area, handy to get in and out

Nice staff. Had to switch rooms, due to noise. First room very clean, second room not so much. Smokers out side my door and a multitude of cigarette butts on the walk ways and by the cars. Actually a nice area.

Nothing to be unhappy about--friendly staff, room was clean and good. The location was ideal--I was attending a conference at the Kierland resort & Spa which would have cost me three times as much and was very close to this hotel. Apparently extended stay hotels don't provide daily maid service but that was of no consequence to me.

A very practical and enjoyable stay. A one night stay business related, meet all my requirements.

We came to Scottsdale to visit friends. We were very disappointed that the refrigerator in our room did not work as we had items in a cooler that we planned to refrigerate and use during our stay. Our room was on the second floor. At our age being on the 1st floor is much better. I would ask the next time. Elevator far from our room.

it was clean and had its own cute little kitchen. Beds could be a lot softer but it was great for one night.
