Foothills House

We were in town to find a condo for our oldest daughter and this house was lovely to relax after busy days viewing listings in hot weather.The house is very clean and has all the amenities one would need. The yard is great and the pool was wonderful. I went for walks early in the mornings and the neighborhood is pleasing to the eye and feels very safe. The only remark I have is that the master bedroom gets a lot of light from the bathroom and that cannot be blocked, for light sleepers this definitely means an early wake up. We would definitely book again!

Relaxing and Beautiful

We stay at VRBOs a lot and we loved your home! I would recommend anyone to stay here. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house was peaceful, the yard prestige and the pool nice and warm in March which made the outdoors even more enjoyable. Our family enjoyed our time here with so many great memories. Amazing 3BR2BA in Ahwatukee Foothills!

We booked this property for the last two weeks of December for the holidays, and it was fantastic. Spacious open floorplan with ample seating and a lot of natural light, and a big backyard with a heated pool and fire pit; plus a big grassy lawn area which our dog LOVED for running around and playing. Spacious primary bed/bath suite plus 2 guest bedrooms with hallway bath, and ample parking in the garage and driveway. This house met all of our needs, and the owner gets an A for communication. They even set up a Christmas tree for us, and set out dog bowls, bags and treats, all of which was unexpected and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

Great property and host

This was my first time using Vrbo, and it couldn’t have been much better. There were a couple small hiccups with the check-in, but the host was quick to respond/deal with it. She was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the entire process and stay. The property was as advertised and exactly what we were looking for!

Disappointed

First time using VRBO. What I thought was going to be a peaceful relaxing stay, turned out to be very disappointing. There are cameras and motion sensors everywhere. I felt like I was being watched constantly and it made me feel uneasy even in the house. Communication with host was not great and I ended up leaving early.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home, just as pictures show, and it is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The weather was a bit cooler than we were hoping for, but the heated pool made up for it! The house was equipped with everything you need and truly felt like a home away from home. Tanya was very responsive to the few questions I had throughout the rental process. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic!

This was a beautiful property, both inside and out! We felt comfortable and "at home" there, plus they had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. This was the best vrbo house we've ever stayed at, and we intend to stay here again the next time we stay in Phoenix.

Great Golf Weekend Getaway

We had 2 dads and 2 teenage daughters spend the weekend here for a golf weekend. The space was absolutely perfect for our trip. The home course was also great and we ended up playing there twice. We'll be back next year!

Escaped Wyoming Brutal Winter

This was the perfect property to escape to for our stay in Arizona. We have stayed at many properties before where the barbeque grills are dirty or no propane. The grill was clean and had a full tank of propane. The floor plan is great with everything on one floor and clean. We enjoyed the pool and firepit. We really didn't need anything but Tanya kept in touch. Thanks for a great stay Tanya!
