we actually got this location by mistake,we thought it was in Scottsdale closer to Tempe. It meant driving a few more miles to visit my mom but otherwise it was still convenient to our other planned destinations. this location is very quiet and the staff was very kind and understanding. Gas,food, pharmacy and shopping are close by,only minutes away.

Nice and clean...adequate breakfast. Bed was comfortable. We had a loft room which er enjoyed the room setup.

We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. The staff were welcoming, efficient and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Denny's, McDonald's, Senor Taco and Circle K immediately near the hotel. A short drive (2 miles) to the fountain park and shopping/eating. Requested late check-out so could work until time for flight and it was granted without push back. Cool that it was the first hotel in Fountain Hills (1996). Nicely maintained. Pool and hot tub looked nice though we didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

Over all stay was perfect other than the un-helpful front desk clerk she seem to not like her job. She guided me to the side of the building to enter from side door my room was closer to the front desk unsure as to why. I went up to the front desk a couple of time as I was not familiar with the area, she had a look as she was annoyed. The morning STAFF was amazing. I would stil say a good place to stay one staff shouldn't be a reason to not give credit when it's deserved

Friendly staff helpful desk personnel. Well presented, delicious breakfast. I would recommend you stay at this Hotel.

The only concern about this hotel is the poor choices for breakfast. There are no healthy choices. Even the yogurt is overly processed. Taking into account that most guests were going to the Mayo Clinic, as a manager, I would make sure the breakfast should be a healthy one. Please, at least on option of whole grain bread!!!!!!! Everything else is good.

Friendly staff who goes out of their way for an excellent stay. Even though they were under remodelling construction, I never heard any noise. Very quiet. Great location. Beds and pillow comfortable. I would definitely go back to them.

The room was very small, but clean. For one night, the size was not much of an issue. The staff was nice. What was really nice was the free breakfast- scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, begals, english muffins, danish, waffles and juice. Got us off on the right foot after not being able to sleep due to the noise of the air conditioner.

I was quite surprised at how comfortable this inexpensive place was. Pool was heated in February and hot tub was great. Nice breakfast. Free coffee always brewing. Friendly people. I enjoyed my experience at this hotel.

Was there for a school function. Kleenix in the room would have been nice. When first arrived no one was covering the front desk, took a while for someone to finally show up. Bed was nice, but having sheets that truly fit would have made it even better. The hall my room faced onto faces west which is full sun this time of year, it was hot as the shades were not drawn, most annoying.

Our upstairs room had small balcony where I spent an hour reading while enjoying the excellent view of mountains and town; we found the bed very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast with hot waffles and sausage quite good. The location on Shea Blvd was perfect for all our activities, including family gatherings, hike at Mc Dowell Regional Park, downtown visit to the Heard Museum. Will definitely stay here again!

My golf foursome needed an affordable place to stay in the Fountain Hills area. This hotel fit the bill. The interior was clean, but "tired-looking".
