Everything was ok, till we found bedbugs in our room. Very disappointed since I've never had a problem with a Best Western before. I checked out on Sunday and have heard nothing from a manager, the office clerk said I should receive some kind of discount.

For a quick night on the road, BW Tempe was okay. Bed was soft, but otherwise clean and acceptable.

The stay here was fine. It's a good hotel, clean enough. The street isn't too loud and it's close to the airport. Staff was friendly. I really liked the breakfast. Overall I can recommend staying at this hotel for a reasonable price. (Ps.: If it offends anyone there is a strip club on the same corner, but I did not see or hear anything).

Overall good experience. I believe with tax it came to about $84 dollars. I really didn't see anything near the hotels for eating so we drove to mesa which had a lot more choices. The rooms were clean, not too noisy, and plenty of parking on site. There is also a Holiday Inn Express across the street if you want to do a comparison.

Overall great experience. Popcorn provided when you walk in. Great parking and location.

I booked my room through orbitz and prepaid. I checked in on friday and the desk clerk said she found my reservation and gave me keys but charged me $76 I thought for taxes. Sunday morning the manager comes to my room saying we were supposed to have been out Saturday. I go to the front desk and show them my orbitz confirmation thru monday. In the meantime she charged my card another $150 without my permission to cover our stay till monday. It seems i was double booked. How i dont know.. The manager said she would call orbitz and get it straightened out. I never heard from her. I had to call orbitz myself and work it out. My last night I was stuck in my room cause they over drew my account. Upon checkout they guaranteed that my charges would b reversed but wouldn't show up in my account for a few days. I had $5 to get back to tuba city. They didn't offer any discounts just apologizes.

The kids really enjoyed the pool. Nice location, will recommend.

Good value for the money. Close to freeway. No frills, just basic comforts. Fast internet. Yummy breakfast. Hot breakfast. Friendliest employees. Medium sized rooms with all basic amenities. Not the best neighborhood (Guadalupe).

Will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was awesome and had a great variety and they had a Shuttle to Diablo Stadium too, pool was great...had a great time and will be back next year too

We were very impressed with the staff, the breakfast offered and the overall service provided. This was our second stay at this hotel.

I have stayed in numerous hotels/motels in Phoenix over the past year, and found the Best Western Plus Tempe by the Mall to be my most enjoyable experience thus far. The room was tidy and smelled clean. Large refrigerator and freezer kept my foods cold. Enjoyed the flat screen tv and channel selections. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were friendly. All the doors were interior, so I felt safe. The air conditioner worked very well. Bathroom was well lit and roomy. The bed was comfortable and afforded me a good nite's sleep. It was near the 10 freeway, shopping center, gas station, fast food, etc. The only complaints I would have were that there was very little to no ice from the machine on the second floor for all 3 nites; and that I received a knock on my door at 1 pm to vacate after I had extended my stay via the internet. I even called the desk person about a half hour after I made the new reservation to extend my stay by one nite, and asked him to be sure that I did not get interrupted by something like this( have had this happen elsewhere). So, of course, I was very disappointed when I got the knock at my door. It was quickly cleared up, I had to go down to the desk sign the new reservation and present my credit card again. This should have been taken care of when I called after making the extension. All in all, it was a great stay. A bit pricey, but was worth it considering the amentities and location.

Good food, perfect location, and nice rooms! Staff were fantastic! Only thing I'd like is a bar/restaurant within or next to the hotel. Also, I would think pools would be a bigger focus in Arizona - but seems to be pretty common arrangements compared to other hotels in the area.

Clean, handy to the freeway, staff was great, including a shuttle to a restaurant as they felt it was safer that way for two women traveling by themselves. The shower was a bit tricky to manipulate until you played with it a bit. Never did see the Mall....

For the Receipt from 3rd Party i.e. Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, would have to ask from these Online Travel Agent usually they would send the receipt after you completed booking.

3 day weekend interrupted

I booked my room through orbitz and prepaid. I checked in on friday and the desk clerk said she found my reservation and gave me keys but charged me $76 I thought for taxes.
