Where do I start. I guess with the positives. Very nice hotel recently renevated room and rebrand of hotel. Negatives nothing to much from me apart from being woken daily by the cleaning staff even though the do not disturb sign being shown. Take care late at night as there are many bad people in the area and it's poorly lit. Riverside road is known for pick pockets and muggings.

Great breakfast sandwich and view of Phenom Phen

Great location, loved the sky bar and the view. Easy walking distance to the Palace, National Museum, river and night market. Staff helpful, the breakfast sandwich was tasty, WiFi was ok, would return to this hotel and the price was good

The place is located by riverside which is great, now, the place is dirty. At night the staff and the drunkens gather together at the door. The hotel advertise as having a fitness center and all they have is a room full of old useless stuff and the only decent machine they have there isn't working I reported that but cannot care less. The staff is nice but they do nothing.

Dissapointing stay

Very worn out hotel. Only consider rooms with window as all standard rooms have no windows and are dark and dingy. Breakfast is basic at best and restaurant is dirty. Only thing going for this hotel is location but there are many better options in same price bracket close by. Would not stay here again.

Air-conditioning issues

Had to switch rooms three times due to air conditioning issues. The air conditioning barely blows out cold air. Takes 25-30 mins to cool down room. The skybar has nice views but hot as it has no air conditioning. Staff was ok with handling the situation as they moved my rooms, but don't think I'd stay again.

Badly maintained

The staffs ain’t helpful. The water heater is not working. Breakfast, the food was disappointing and the sitting area were dirty. Booking for sunset cruise, are more expensive from the hotel receptionist. Better to book direct from the cruise company.

Beware. Don't book a suite because they don't have

Booked a city view suite on Orbitz online. Pictures looked nice and had king size bed and 300+ sq. ft. When arrived had to wait about 30 minutes for them to make up the bed. They said they were waiting for the laundry to bring. After we go the key we went up to room and instead of a 30 sq. meter suite we had a regular double room with queen bed. I went back down stairs and asked them and was told had to wait and talk to Manager. Language problem too. The Manager showed up and informed me they do not even have suites. I requested a refund of the price difference but was told could not do that. I would have to cancel online then rebook the room there for lesser price. I called Orbitz and requested to cancel my payment and they told me they would send me a $25 refund voucher by email, so I keep the room. Anyway be careful this place. Bad service, poor management and magic tricks with your money. Oh yeah I have not received my $25 voucher from Orbitz either one week later.

Overall stay is good, will come back again.

Counter staffs were very helpful, room air-con leaking immediately they change a room for me. Breakfast wise ok la. Toiletries wise if can, change to shower gel instead of soap and comb to cotton buds.

It was ok

The service was very good but I didn't love the hotel . My first room I stayed in for five minutes and asked to be moved to another room , i paid for a city view and I got a tiny little window barely seeing anything and I had big beam in the middle of my room . So they moved me to another room . This room was a lot better , nice big window with a beautiful view and a nice normal no beam room.This rooms Ac really sucked , so I had to put a deposit on another key so the Ac is always on. The bathroom door was awkward and the wifi didn't seem to work well. They have a beautiful rooftop bar with a gorgeous view of the city and the river , I loved it up there . Overall it's a nice hotel with good service and a great rooftop but they have a lot to improve on. When I go back I'll check out other hotels in the area.

I took one of their cheapest rooms, wish I'd paid more for a room with windows. It was nice & quiet and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The skybar is fabulous - we were the only people up there for sunset, which was a nice bonus. A few Khmer couples & groups trickled in later without disturbing the tranquility
