Love this place

Great location, amazing Bed, and great value. It was my second time staying here. I stayed the first time on a business trip with my staff. Tgis time on a dental trip with my son.

Unpleasant experience

The pictures fool us. The hotel is not as nice as pictured. No elevator, no view rooms, not enough lighting, restaurant's wall paint are peeling, dirty floor although the food taste was pretty good with very limited breakfast option. Bedroom linen had some stains. Charged US $10 for loosing the room card key.

Only an overnight stay but staff were great. Room was comfortable clean and tidy. Only issue was breakfast was included. All you received was a piece of paper tick the box. I ordered an english breakfast which definately not an english breakfast as one would expect. Would have been better with A la carte. Apart from that would have no issues staying there again

I came to the hotel at 7:00 am, the staff can't find my booking & I'm waiting more than 15 minutes for the staff solved the problem. The room is acceptable but the location is very near Night Market(Phsar Reatrey) the noise was until 3:00 am.

De Art Hotel

The room design (111) was unusual. The exterior wall had glass blocks that were not covered by curtains. The refrigerator was nearly filled with items for sale leaving very little available for guest items. The air conditioner was not positioned well making it inefficient. This hotel is 20 ft from the Great Ibis bus company drop off point. Extremely convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate neighborhood. Wifi was good.

Good location night market at the front hotel u can try a local food as well and bus terminal also at the front hotel. U can take a bus to other province.Hotel staff very helpful they will help u to send your luggage to your room. Pls note that that’s no lift in this hotel . Cleanliness need to improve I found the kettle still have remaining water from previous guest.when I open the window that’s a lot of cigarettes butts.Anyway I don’t mind to come back.

Possible return visit

This hotel is oddly located and my driver had trouble finding it from the PIA airport. The adjacent streets have many bars which is good for late night barhopping but is also noisy. My room had a column immediately in front of the door of the room as you walk in. The rooms are fairly modern in aesthetic but look a bit tired or poorly maintained. The showers have no curtains so the bathroom gets a bit wet. I may stay here again if I had a room on the 1st floor as this hotel has no elevator.
