The house is situated on a quiet side street in one of the nicest and most walkable parts of the city. As a Philadelphian whose house was undergoing renovations, it was fantastic to never need an Uber for a change, but tourists would love the spot too.
The checkin process was easy, just a lockbox and a keyless deadbolt. The house itself was tastefully modern in design, with new appliances and pleasant decor. However, one should note that though it has ample space, it’s largely distributed vertically. Our dog certainly got tired of going up and down the stairs, and I imagine it would also be difficult for those with limited mobility. For us, though, it wasn’t an issue. Also, since I had to work there during my stay (I work from home), I often found the wifi too slow for my needs when on a different floor than the router.
Overall, my partner, my dog, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. Even though I was staying in the same city that I live and was still working, it felt like great getaway.
