We really enjoyed our one night here. The house was clean and well equipped. The showers were so nice! We had a blast playing in the game room and enjoyed staying cozy with take out for dinner and breakfast.

Holidays 2024

This was our 'home base' while we were back in the area for the Christmas season. We had a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean and well-apportioned, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Clean

The house was very clean and the kitchen seemed well stocked. I didn’t cook but we did use plates and silverware and there were plenty. We walked or used Ubers. If you need parking do your research because it’s only for two hours most of the day. We were excited about the game room and that was largely the reason we chose this Vrbo. However the game room is in the basement and it’s very musty down there so we didn’t spend more than 5 minutes down there which was frustrating. If you don’t mind musty, you will love this place. One night the smell bothered me so much in the living room I had to go to bed early. Thankfully the smell didn’t go up to the bedrooms. I was disappointed that no one had mentioned this in the reviews because I think it’s important for anyone that has asthma or breathing difficulties. Gabe and John were quick with responses when I needed something. If the mustiness was fixed with dehumidifier or other means I would stay there again.

Clean, stress free and great communication

From my first interaction with him, my VRBO host Gabe was kind and quick to respond. I was visiting Philadelphia for a concert and the location was great. We were able to get to the show with no problem but both the subway and an Uber were easy to take into the city center to do some sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. Everything was as described. Parking overnight on the street required a little effort to find a space but this was explained to me in advance so it was not a surprise. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning and Fun Home

Gabe and Jon are wonderful hosts with a beautiful home! Checkin was simple. They are very responsive, even though we did not have any issues. We had everything we needed. Our boys loved the basement entertainment. We highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family, our hosts were very responsive, we always found parking, and the neighborhood had a wonderful local grocer, a gluten free bakery, a barber, nail salon, amazing cheesesteak and hoagie shops, and cute bars and restaurants all within a couple of blocks. I highly recommend this place!

DaPollers Quad Squad

We absolutely loved our stay. There was great communication with necessary details. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Our young twin adults thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs game room and we loved having the ice cream man’s visit. The beds were so comfortable especially after a long day at the zoo and Reading Terminal. The whole experience was amazing.

Great Spot for the Family

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Our kids really enjoyed the games downstairs and it was very much how it was described. We ended up parking in the parking garage they suggested because street parking was very difficult to come by.

Fun Philly Trip

Clean and just as advertised

The home was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. The owners gave us all the information we needed and were very quick to respond with any quesitons. Parking was our only concern as there is no assigned place for the home. We parked a few blocks away and it was fine. They did a great job and we would love to stay again.

WOW! New and Clean

Went to visit Philly with my bothers. We are very pleased with Gabe and Jon’s property and will definitely stay again. It was basically brand new, spotless clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood was great with some little grocery stores and great restaurants in sober walking distance. Also short walk to the subway. Thanks to Gabe and Jon! When we come back we will book again!
