• Bedrooms 1 & 2: Each room features a queen bed with high-quality linens, soft pillows, and ample closet space. A comfortable desk and chair are included for extended work sessions without strain.

• Living Room: Stylish and cozy sofa seamlessly integrated into the space, perfect for relaxation or hosting guests.

• Kitchen: Equipped with modern stainless steel appliances – refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher – making cooking and cleanup effortless.

• Bathroom: Contemporary design with clean lines and premium finishes. Thoughtful layout and elegant décor create a serene, inviting atmosphere.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience
NOTE: On weekends, check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight only, as front desk staff are not on-site past midnight.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :

1- 4 Nights : $25 Per Night
5-29 Nights : $200
30+ Nights : $300

Surveillance cameras in the hallways for security. Minut device in the unit for noise level.

Please note the pool will be closed during the winter season and will reopen next summer. We appreciate your understanding.
