Finished BASEMENT with a bedroom and Laundry Room and Storage Space; FIRST FLOOR with Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Family Room, Small Dining Area and walk to private patio; SECOND FLOOR with Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining Area and walk to Private Deck with views overlooking Philly skyline; THIRD FLOOR with two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room.
