Located 2 minutes walk from the sea, the house benefits from breathtaking views. 110m2 approximately, with 4 bedrooms.

In the winter of 2023-2024, we began work to create a large bay window overlooking the garden, install parquet flooring, add a fireplace and a second bathroom.

On the ground floor, the large living room with its open kitchen gives level access to the 30 m2 furnished terrace (Mexican fireplace, large table, barbecue, deck chairs) and a lovely sea view.

On the 1st floor there are three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The house is located in a quiet environment. It allows you to reach Berneval le Grand beach on foot, which is a delight for surfers and windsurfers and offers a sandy beach at low tide. Also perfect for shrimp fishing. Several activities in the area: water park, ice rink, city of the sea, racecourse, golf, Dieppe market voted the most beautiful market in Normandy!

The amenities of the village of Saint Martin en Campagne (market, bakery, grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, etc.) are 3 minutes by car. The house opens onto beautiful panoramic walks along the Talou Cliffs, excursions into the forest and the Normandy countryside and allows you to reach Dieppe 12 km away.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Magnifique vue

Propriété au calme avec magnifique vue sur la mer, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis cependant des améliorations pourraient être apportées au niveau de la propreté, de l'entretien du jardin, du mobilier du salon notamment des fauteuils qui on besoin d'être remplacés et un Cumulus adapté pour 8 car 200L c'est trop juste. La literie était bonne, les chambres spacieuses. Cuisine très bien équipée. Une salle d'eau avec douche serait un plus.
