The only real complaint that we had was the very strong bleach odor in our room. Given the dehumidifiers in the hall, I assume that mold has been cleaned up with bleach. I've stayed at this hotel before, and I think something really needs to be done to fix the moisture problem. Then there wouldn't be a mold problem and then there would be no bleach odor.

There was a problem with the heater..making terrible noises on and off all night.. The shower curtain in the bathroom needs to be replaced badly. ..would just slide open..looked like it shouid have been replaced yesrs ago. Vending machines not working ... They offered tap water with citeus to try to accomodate..nice touch

Staff was amazingly friendly. We arrived after a long journey just before midnight Friday night 12/26/2025, exhausted from our travels and the woman at the front desk was so personable and friendly. She made us laugh and we immediately felt comfortable. She deserves a raise....her smile is contagious, her attitude wonderful, and her conversation amusing which erased all wearyness we felt walking in the door. She is the first person to greet you and deserves to be recognized.

Clean room, very quite, very comfortable beds, has microwave, frig, coffee makers and all basic necessities. We had a good night sleep there. It’s near highway 95, very convenient for us road travelers. It’s just odd that they charge a parking fee of $5 even though we park our own car; other than that, service is really good.

First I was charged $5 to park. Where did that come from ? I was also double charged for the room that I had to dispute through my credit card because no one answers the front desk phone and the 800# has a horrible AI bot that just keeps saying the same things. The billing dispute number just disconnects after a few minutes.

Definitely not a fancy place to stay but very clean room hot shower and the young lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful plus right off 95 also on a side note about 7 minutes up the road a very good pho restaurant
