The accommodation was not available. We arrived to find people living there. No communication, no way to contact host. Will not do this again

Our only real negative was that we were not contacted as to where the keys were and there wasn’t a contact no given. Sheer luck that a neighbour across the street new the cleaner who ame and let us in. A simple lock box and a code would be a easy.
