"Luxury Home" ist ein fake!

1. Leider waren mehrere Schränke von Innen mit Schimmel befallen, sodass ein Ausräumen der Koffer eher gesundheitsgefährdend gewesen wäre. 2. Auch die Bäder waren vom Schimmel befallen - ein Chlorreiniger könnte da Abhilfe schaffen. Luxus/Sauberkeit nicht gegeben. 3. Am Pool lagen bei Ankunft noch Essenreste und vergammeltes Obst von den Vormietern(?) herum - auch das haben wir dann entfernt - weil ekelhaft. 4. Überall stand: Bitte die Polsterauflagen immer zurück in die dafür vorgesehen Box tun - leider gab es weder die Box noch die Polster - Kein Sitzkomfort - wer natürlich auf harten Schemeln Luxus empfindet - Bitteschön! 5. Mit Einzug funktionierte das "freie W-Lan" nicht. Man war erst bemüht uns zwei Tage nach Einzug ein mobiles Gerät zu stellen - Fehlanzeige und plötzlich, wurde auf unsere Mails an den Verwalter nicht mehr reagiert. In der Summe eine normale Unterkunft, die aber die Bezeichnung "Luxury Home" und den dazu gehörenden hohen Preis in keinster Weise rechtfertigt. Schade ist auch, dass der Verwalter anfänglich bemüht war sich aber weder gekümmert noch gemeldet hat. Ein: "tut uns leid hier können wir so schnell nicht helfen" wäre auch ok gewesen - aber garnicht mehr antworten - eine Stilfrage... Wer also noch kostenfrei stornieren kann, sollte dies überlegen. P.S.: Leider kann ich hier keine Bilder hochladen - da würde einem aber auch nur der Appetit vergehen.

Schönes Appartement mit Rooftop Pool

Die Unterkunft ist optisch eine 1+ und scheint sehr neu zu sein. Die zwei Schalfzimmer und die ausklappbare Couch bieten genug Platz für min. 5 Personen. Die Küche hat ausreichend Platz um zu kochen und hat sogar einen vollwertige Gefrierschrank. Der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist das Highlight. Hier kann man sich ungestört sonnen und planschen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr angenehm. Die Anlage ist mit einem Zaun mit automatischem Einfahrtstor umgeben und die einzelnen Apartments sind nochmals umzäunt. Auch die Haustür ist mehrfach absperbar. Hier kann man sich also sicher fühlen. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Die Unterkunft könnte hier und da etwas sauberer sein. Gerade an den Glasflächen (Fenster und Dachterasse) waren Fingerabdrücke und schlieren. Leichter Staub & Dreck auf dem Boden, aber alles nur maginal. Die Bäder sind etwas zu klein und können je nur von einer Person gleichzeitig genutzt werden. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist eher spartanisch, reicht aber zum kochen von einfachen Gerichten. (Bis auf den Sandwich-Maker, der war Klasse ) ) Die Dachterasse bietet aufgrund des Sonnenstandes gegen 16/17 Uhr kaum Schatten, ein zweiter Schirm wäre noch cool.

Schönes Objekt - Katastrophale Kommunikation!

Das Ferienhaus war mehr oder weniger so wie auf den Bildern. Allerdings gab es einen relativ neuen Sonnenschirm (Verpackung lag noch Vorort), der kaputt war. Nachdem wir dies be merkt hatten, haben wir es direkt gemeldet. Die Agentur hat es allerdings nicht anerkannt und behauptet, wir hätten den Schirm kaputt gemacht. Wirklich kein schöner Umgang, wenn man auch mal den Preis in Betracht sieht! Ich kann leider, aufgrund des Umgangs, diese Ferienwohnung/-haus nicht empfehlen.

Potrebbe essere “super bene” con poche cose.

Bella casa, moderna, comoda con tutto il necessario. Parcheggio ok. Piscina super. Pulizia non estremamente curata (polvere sotto i letti e nelle due salle da bagno) Delle tende nelle camere da letto sono veramente necessarie. Gli “store” esterni non bastanl la mattina per non fare entrare la lice del sole. Alle 6 della mattina la camera da letto lato giardino è illuminata come se fossero accese tutte le luci. I materassi sono freschi e puliti ma sono durissimi e non confortevoli. Ci siamo svegliati tutte le mattine con un bel mal di schiena.
