The 125 sqm apartment is on the first floor of the chalet, recently refurbished, equipped with every comfort is in Ponte Felcino, at the foot of Perugia (7 KM), but in a strategic position to visit Umbria with short trips.
La Sora Bice has an outdoor pool, a garden, a large terrace and free WiFi in all areas.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room with books, TV and board games, terrace and two large bedrooms both with en suite bathroom with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. In a room over the double bed it is possible to put a single bed and a cot for children up to 5/6 years. In the second bedroom as well as the double bed you can put a cot for children under 5/6 years. The living room features a sofa that converts into a double bed.

Fantastic place to stay near Perugia!

We spent 30 days in this property and absolutely loved it. The unit is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very near Perugia and well located to visit Assisi and many other towns in the Tuscan region as day trips. It is a short walk to town with a grocery store nearby and a lovely church 2 blocks away. The owner, Claudio, was super nice and very engaging and communicative. We got to know him and his lovely family quite well during our stay. The pool was great with a wonderful with a covered patio for dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay!

Had a wonderful 2 weeks. Found a lovely pizza restaurant in town to watch the world cup. Owners and staff really friendly and food was amazing. Villa in a nice location close enough to walk into town. Lovely and clean. Pool was nice.

Umbria 2023

Zeer aangename week gehad in dit ruime(+100m2) appartement in de buurt van Perugia. Het bevindt zich op de eerste etage van het huis van de eigenaren/verhuurders Claudio en Vivian. Er zijn twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers aanwezig en het is dus ook geschikt voor 2 stellen of een gezin met wat oudere kinderen. Er is een klein zwembad wat op warme dagen best wel aangenaam is. De stad Perugia is ongeveer 20 minuten met de auto en in een radius van van maximaal anderhalf uur kun je alle bezienswaardigheden van Umbria bezoeken. Eigenaar Claudio is een uitermate vriendelijke gastheer die je van veel tips kan voorzien maar beslist niet nadrukkelijk aanwezig is. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Perfect appartement in hart Umbrië

Dit zeer comfortabele appartement is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Umbrië. Van hieruit zijn alle bezienswaardigheden met de auto prima te bereiken. Eigenaar woning is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen vele goede tips van hem voor onze uitstapjes!

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Claudio. Très bon accueil par le propriétaire qui fait l'effort de parler français. L'appartement est très confortable. Nous avions pris la clim en plus ce qui était appréciable. L'atout de la location est bien entendu la piscine dont nos 2 enfants se sont régalés. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés pour visiter l'Ombrie et sa voisine la Toscane.

Prima vakantie-appartement nabij Perugia! De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk. Het appartement is mooi! Een eventuele auto kan (gratis) worden geparkeerd op het eigen terrein. In het dorpje Ponte Felcino zijn op loop-afstand meerdere leuke eetgelegenheden.
