Room wasnt clean, the tv didnt support chromecast, shower wasnt clean. If you pay with a cash bond you have to wait until reception is open to get your money back which isnt ideal if you have places to be in the morning.

We chose this location as it was close to the hospital for appointments. It’s also close to public transport and shops. The room is nice, bed comfy and appliances new, but I noticed not very clean. The walls look dirty, there’s lots of dust and the shower had hair everywhere and a heap of mould.

Apon arrival the first room was dirty and had a smell of smokers, the bed had hair in it and was like it was only made up for the people staying there last. I brought this to the attention of staff, with no help the first time. After finding the hair in the bed another after hrs staff member moved me to another room. This room although wasn't as dirty as the other room still wasnt the best. But the more i looked, the worse it did. Dusty surfaces everywhere, showers that havnt been cleaned properly in forever. It has very poor standards.

Stayed for 2 nights in May 2025. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet. Easy walking distance to the shopping centre. When we checked out the staff kept our bags for a few hours so we could go to the shopping centre before going to the airport. Was very much appreciated! We will stay there again when in Perth.

A noisy party down the hall and it echoed through the entire floor until another guest asked them to quiet at 4am. The door and walls don’t hide noise from neighbouring rooms either- there was some moaning & vigorous action 😂 going on next door at 11pm then again 4am. I haven’t had much sleep. Sorry probably won’t stay here again.
