It is 30 mins to the airport (depending on traffic) and a great base to travel to the Perth CBD, the port city of Fremantle, Swan Valley, Hillarys Marina, Swan Valley, local wildlife parks or to travel further afield to the south-west of WA.

Was very impressed with property, location, onsite amenities and provision of basics (such as salt, pepper, cooking utensils, laundry detergent etc). Scarborough has a relaxed vibe and property was easy walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants and beach. Can’t fault at all and would come back in a heartbeat.
We had a great time staying at Observation Rise. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean, the beds were comfortable, the balcony had a wonderful ocean view, and the extra amenities (exercise room, sauna, indoor pool, and outside lagoon) were all fantastic. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and convenient stay. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance, as was beautiful Scarborough beach. We are looking forward to staying here again the next time we travel to the Perth area.
