There is very limited support staff, just one person. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and one of the room was locked. When we went to ask them to open the other room, the person said he will come after checking in other guests. This was at 1am.

Spotless, large apartment with excellent kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioner worked well. Staff were courteous and efficient. Airport shuttle service was excellent. I would recommend if you’re using the airport as it is very close. If you’re not driving it’s a short walk from Redcliffe Transperth station.
