Orchard Barn is set in the heart of this incredible fruit farm for a truly unique stay. A stunning 4 bedroom & 4 bathroom barn conversion. As you walk through the front door, your breath is taken away by the awe of the space - large floor to ceiling windows show off the local landscape in all its mighty wonder.
The whole property has been tastefully decorated with a large modern kitchen perfect for entertaining and underfloor heating throughout the whole home. There is a large dining area and separate sitting area for snuggling up and catching a movie at the end of a long day exploring.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms - 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. We stayed at the property for a few days for a company directors offsite, and it was ideal! Spacious, modern, great facilities and super comfortable. Right next to a farm shop and cafe, too!
Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful property, views were breathtaking, quite remote and very well equipped. It was ideal for us to celebrate with the family and be together, only one comment that it was very warm with all the glass, could have had more fans, but did have a warm uk weekend !! Thank you also to our host Freddie for communicating well to all our questions.
We found the property spotless and very well equipped, beautifully furnished. Each bedroom has its own en suite, one with a gorgeous balcony with amazing views for morning coffee. A lovely addition to have the farm shop and restaurant next door - the food was delicious.
A few small points - the property does get quite warm with all the glass. The fans were a great help but air con would make such a difference, especially in the smallest bedroom where your only alternative is to open the window to the bin area behind the cafe. We found the WiFi to be patchy. While the sheets were lovely and fresh and clean, some of the bedding is a little stained / grubby and would benefit from a refresh.
Overall though a lovely, relaxing stay and would definitely come again.
