Bright, contemporary single-storey 90m2 house with a pleasant wooden terrace equipped with a 5-seater SPA, well exposed and not overlooked.
Villa Matisse is ideally located in a quiet side street, 100 meters from the Perros-Guirec marina with its shops, restaurants and entertainment.
An ideal starting point for discovering the pink granite coast, Ploumanac'h, Tregastel, the Sept-Iles, etc.
Less than 5kms from magnificent beaches.

- One bedroom with double bed 160x200cm, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each
- A second bathroom with bathtub
- Open kitchen with island, fully equipped with hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- A living room with lounge, TV and pool table
- Bed linen and towels are provided.

Independent arrival:
To make your arrival easier, you will be able to enter independently with a key box.
Arrival is from 5pm and departure at 10am. Please note that these times can be flexible on request only.
