No washing machine - Outside: Private enclosed garden of 500 m². - Parking: At the entrance to the property, in a shared courtyard (100 m²) with the other gîte House comprising two gîtes belonging to the same owner: this one on the ground floor and the second for a capacity of 7 people on the upper floor of the house. The accommodations are not overlooked, each with its own independent entrance, garden and private outdoor facilities. Accommodation with a ceiling height of 2 m.
