Located on the natural site of the Clarté mound in Perros-Guirec, our house has been entirely
renovated. It is atypical because it is inverted: the bedrooms, bathroom, and WC are on the ground floor and the living room upstairs. It offers a panoramic view of the bay of Trégastel and the castle of Coastaerès in Ploumanac'h.
Close to the customs trail, on the Pink Granite Coast and 800m from the large beach of Perros-Guirec, it has an enclosed garden and a summer kitchen.
Its location ensures peace and quiet, beautiful view and sunset, but also shops nearby, and Sunday morning market.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
