Top Floor Apartment with Beach and Dune Access

Our top floor apartment has direct access onto Perranporth beach and the dunes. The apartment has 3 bedrooms sleeping 5 with a sofa bed that can also sleep a further 2 guests. Perranporth beach has 3 miles of golden sand with Britains highest sand dunes!
Watch sunsets daily from the beach with a drink at the Wateringhole - the UK's only bar on the beach.
No need to travel when staying here due to the flat's central location with the town centre and the beach right on your door step.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, one double, one with two twin beds, one bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed on the landing that can sleep 2 people. There is a dining room with living room combined and a kitchen with everything you need.
Linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towel.
The flat includes a parking space. The flat is in the centre of town with direct beach access too. You will need to climb stairs to reach our apartment.
We live in a peaceful seaside town with direct access to Perranporth beach. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance and the South West Coast path is literally on our doorstep. We have two co-ops and many independent shops.
Perranporth is great for all types of watersports especially surfing and kite surfing. We also have a large golf course.
We have Cornwall's second largest beach at 3 miles long and the largest sand dunes in the UK.
