Lantern Condos at Lumberyard Lofts

The Lantern Condos at Lumberyard Lofts are two adjacent condos just a block up from Lake Pepin. Mist Condo is a tastefully-decorated one-bedroom with a full kitchen and bath, and is just right for 2-4 guests. Raindrop Condo has two bedrooms, a large modern living room and a sunny loft kitchen and sleeps 4-6 guests. These condos are a great place to relax after a fun-filled day exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, or the Pepin Marina and beach, both just down the block.

In addition to the lovely bedrooms and living rooms, each condo includes a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full complement of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, basic spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and beach towels for you to use during your stay. Airbed kits are available for a small fee.

The Lantern Condos are a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too, as well as a new EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a larger group and would like to book parallel accommodations.

The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The place was clean great for a weekend with friends. There was both a bar and coffee shop within a block or two. The large deck in autumn was great for early evening sitting. And, the hosts were very responsive to my questions.
