The front doors were broken. The cold outside air came all the way down the hallway and into the breakfast room. The front desk clerk said they needed to get pre-approval before fixing the doors.

Room was okay, nothing special. Sort of older and run down so the price was pretty high for what you got. WiFi was inconsistent, constantly kicking us off. Room had an odd smell and overall needs updating. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

The spa was out of order, which was the main reason we picked it, there was not many breakfast options and the food did not taste good. Our floors in the first room were soaked and we were told they were deep cleaned. We asked for a different room and our freezer didn’t work. I will not stay here again.

Not having the hot tub going was very aggravating and made us mad. We booked your hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. These things need to be kept up and open if you’re going to advertise that you have them. Also didn’t like that the outside door near our room didn’t need a key to get in. That security issue is unsettling

I had prepaid the room when it was booked. Now, one week later I have a charge for $151 and two pending charges for $20 and $120. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like no one had swept behind the bathroom door for weeks.

Worst experience I ever had!!!!! They didn’t have our room that we booked, they only gave us another room complimentary for one night and then they took all of our belongings and put them in trash bags with out communicating anything!

Room was not clean. Trash under the sink and dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Elevator sounded and jarred like it was going to break any minute. Jacuzzi had been down for some time but no mention of it on their website or when you came in. There should be some kinda discount when all the amenities are not functioning. After all you're paying for it.

I enjoyed my stay. There were some noisy kids and the staff was exceptionally helpful with this. Love the kitchen in the rooms and room was very clean. I’ve already booked my next trip to stay here again.
