The fruit was not fresh, the coffee was cold, and the bacon was overcooked. Customer service was great, and the receptionist was polite and professional. Our flight and luggage were delayed; we landed at 2:15 a.m. on 12/20/25 and arrived at the hotel at 5:45 a.m.

The windows in rooms to outside dirty .. carpet in room dirty .. dinner took over 45 minutes after order and was cold . Restaurant not packed .. dizzy server said it was under heat lamps !! Sat after dinner for 15 min to get to go container and pay bill had to find the three servers behind the register behind the wall.. horrible service !
