Tranquil Beach Haven: Luxury Vacation Home Featuring Amazing Poolside Retreat
This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath vacation home at the Purple Parrot Village Resort has been UPDATED with new furniture in the living room, including a brand new sleeper sofa with a gel memory foam mattress, a new comfy chair, and a 55 inch Smart TV on a new TV console! It also has a brand new Wi-Fi router and has miscellaneous updated décor throughout! The owners moved the living room TV into the master bedroom as well. This condo is in a secluded location within the resort yet still just a short walk from the outdoor pool and indoor pool house equipped with a pool, hot tub, saunas for both men and women and a fitness center. All of the condo buildings at the Purple Parrot Village Resort are two-stories and in this rental unit all the bedrooms are upstairs. This privately owned condo comfortably sleeps a family of no more than 8 people including all adults and children. The living room is equipped with a large LCD television, DVD player, wireless internet and sleeper sofa. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, LCD television and DVD player. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and an LCD television as well. The third bedroom also contains a queen size bed and a flat screen television. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you may need for your getaway and this vacation home even includes a front load washer and dryer in the condo.
~ The Purple Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill will be closing seasonally this year for the cooler months and will not reopen until February 1, 2026. The pool and other amenities will remain open and available for guest and owner use. We do not operate the Tiki Bar, so for further updates, please check the Purple Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill’s Facebook page: ~

Lovely area, fun stay
We were very happy with this place! We had a few hiccups with the internet that the property manager was on right away to get it fixed for us and made a way. It was clean, quiet, family oriented, safe, and literally minutes from the gulf side beach. The Perdido Key area is beautiful!! The only issue we had was cleanliness around the outdoor pool area. At night there is an outdoor bar with live music nightly. The only downfall to this is that the morning we went to the outdoor pool there was a plastic cup in the pool and a few aluminum beer bottles under some beach chairs. There needs to be someone cleaning up every night when the bar closes and someone double checking the cleanliness before the pool opens. Other than this, our trip was wonderful!
