Welcome to Parrot Bay 37CU, a peaceful upper level one bedroom villa tucked away on the east side of the Purple Parrot Village Resort. Overlooking the charming gazebo courtyard, this unique location offers a quieter, more secluded setting perfect for guests looking to truly unwind and escape the pace of everyday life.

Ideal for couples or small groups of up to three guests, this thoughtfully arranged condo provides a comfortable and relaxing space to settle in. The bedroom features a king bed and access to a private veranda, where you can enjoy views stretching toward the bay in the distance. The living area offers additional flexibility with a twin bed, along with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed WiFi.

The interior is designed for ease and relaxation, while the screened in porch provides a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning or wind down in the evening. Whether you're sipping your favorite drink or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings, this outdoor space adds to the laid-back coastal experience.

Located within Purple Parrot Village Resort, guests have access to a wide range of amenities including the lagoon-style outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and the popular Tiki Bar. The resort’s tropical setting and village style layout create a unique and inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back year after year.

Just a short drive away, Perdido Key’s pristine beaches offer sugar-white sand and clear Gulf waters, along with nearby dining, shopping, and outdoor activities.

This condo is only available for monthly rentals from January through March. Reservations made for less than 28 nights during this period will be moved to another available condo, or cancelled with a full refund if no alternative is available.

We enjoyed this resort. The location was perfect for us, close enough to everything, but not crowded. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool listening to the music.

We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit due to our unit not being ready when we checked in. The property manager was great and very responsive. The rental was affordable and we loved the resort. Location was as described and the drive to Johnson Beach was easy. It cost 25 for a week pass. The short nature walk across the street from the beach was perfect in the evening. Two of the three beds had dirty sheets. A dining chair had been shoddily repairs and collapsed with my mom sitting in it. And the internet did not work for the entire length of our stay.

At check in they told me our room number, I knew it wasn’t the one I picked out after months of searching for just what we wanted. The office staff said there was an email sent out 2 days prior…I didn’t receive an email. I wanted an upper level, they didn’t have any. The property wasn’t clean upon check in, but that was made right promptly. The tv in the bedroom wasn’t working, that was made right on the 2nd day. The pool was GREAT!! Bella was extremely helpful, very courteous, and took our concerns seriously and made everything right. Thank you Bella. We will be back.
