Enjoy this recently updated and beautifully appointed two bedroom condo that is soothing and relaxing...the perfect beach getaway. Experience a magnificent gulf-front view as soon as you enter this 8th floor unit. This property is an open concept with tile flooring. While preparing meals, the well appointed kitchen has a large island great for socializing and family time. The kitchen area includes granite counter tops with updated cabinetry, stainless appliances, a combination Kurig/drip coffee maker and ice maker. The dining table accommodates 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar area. Both bathrooms have been recently upgraded.
The master bathroom features a state of the art shower and large, freestanding soaking tub. It's as if you stepped into your own spa. In the master suite there is a king bed with new bedding, black out curtains, 55 inch flat screen TV, custom walk in closet and master balcony access for stunning pool and gulf front views. The guest bedroom has soothing decor, a flat screen TV and a queen size bed. The guest bath area is large with double sinks and a deep tub/shower area. The spacious living area with it's updated decor includes a 65 inch smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD, blue tooth stereo and updated wet bar with wine cooler and additional black out curtains. One of the two sofas converts to a queen sleeper allowing comfortable accommodations for a total of 6 guests. The oversize chair also converts to a twin size pull out . The large gulf front patio/balcony off the living space features a bar height dining table with 6 swivel tall chairs perfect for expansive beach views, sunrises, moon & star gazing, bird and dolphin watching as well as sightings of the Navy's Blue Angels. An added treasure is sunset watching over Ono Island and Ole River from the unit's
front door access area. A large capacity washer and dryer are present to accommodate guests. This unit has Cox Cable and free high speed internet. Come escape from life's stress to Eden's W805!
