2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Two Dogs max, up to 50 lbs each (non-refundable dog fees apply; pre-registration is required).
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
