It was a great location! Amazing views from the balcony. We got to see dolphins in the morning. Cleanliness was an issue. There was a pacifier left behind in the master bedroom. We assumed it was from previous stay.

All about the Osprey

The property has a wonderful view of the ocean from all three bedroom windows and the balcony allowed a serene option to just watch and listen to the ocean. A pair of mated osprey were fishing and flying by to take their catch to their nest and that just made the trip for me. The condo was very quiet and I slept well which is difficult for me anywhere! All guest reported their beds were comfortable. There are a few restaurants and a reasonably priced gift shop all within walking distance. More towels and toilet paper would have been appreciated- but the condo was clean and had what we needed in terms of cookware. I would suggest a mat by the balcony door because even 7 floors up and is on the balcony.

Fun Girls Trip

Spent 6 nights on a multi generation girls trip. Location is ideal… right on the beach with a great view from the balcony, close to the grocery store & restaurants. Complex is small so it didnt feel overly crowded on the beach or trying to use the elevator. King bed mattress sags on 1 side and there is some overall wear & tear in the condo. But overall the condo was very quiet and comfortable.

Not all is as it seems.

Where do I start? King mattress is in desperate need of replacing. I Read that in earlier review and assumed they changed it. No. Large worn spot in the middle-terrible sleep. Cookware needs replacing, cooked on food that is hard to clean with the one and only dish cloth they leave you. Air conditioning could not keep up with the Florida heat. Hot in bedrooms. Went to plug in MacBook in outlet behind sofa, no plate and the wiring is exposed. Overall condo needs updating, painting/drywall work. Sofa old, feels dirty not comfortable. Plastic bathroom shower curtain needs changing, moldy and bacteria on it(pink slime). These are cheap and easy five dollar fix. I have never left a review before as I have never stayed in one this bad. I do not recommend.

Spring Visit

Great location/access to the beach! Clean condo and Bedrooms were a good size. Took a bit for the air condition to cool down the space. If staying here be sure to bring extras household items such as trash bags, toilet paper, cleaning sponge, etc.

Never received info about the unit or what unit or how to get in.

Could not watch TV. WE DO NOT STREAM. Could not watch Alabama football. Had to go somewhere to watch it. We were not happy

Great family trip

We loved the layout of the condo and the location cannot be beat! It was just what we needed for a family of 6 and a 2 year old. The only thing that stands out on the negative side is that it is time for a refresh of pillows and linens. I think they were old blood stains and not fresh, but we were uncomfortable so bought a few new pillows. A few towels were stained as well. Other than that, the condo was great.

Highly recommend

Absolute beautiful condo and gorgeous views from the 7th floor. Right there on the beach and a pool to use also. The space was perfect for our family of 6. We loved having breakfast and evenings on the patio facing the beach. So relaxing hearing the waves and feeling the breeze kept it cool. Could see beautiful sunsets from master bedroom patio. The closet with beach toys, chair and umbrella were a great find. Would definitely come back!

Great space, great location!

This was an amazing space to call home base while we explored Perdido Key. Beautiful balcony and view…. We enjoyed watching the waves and the occasional pelican or osprey fly by. It’s also walking distance to some shopping and restaurants. Impeccably clean and bright! We definitely plan to come back for another adventure!
