Savor your favorite beverage while watching sunrises and sunsets from the cozy chairs on the balcony. This bright and spacious unit features high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and tasteful furnishings. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating. Relax in the main bedroom on a king size bed and enjoy the ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and the living room sofa bed sleeps two. Watch your favorite shows on the 65” flat screen TV (smaller TVs in each bedroom) and stay connected with high-speed internet access.
The property’s beautifully maintained grounds offer BEACH ACCESS just a short, safe distance across the street. The wonderful private marina on Ole River has a boat launch, and boat slips available for guests on first come basis. Enjoy the newly resurfaced tennis and pickle ball courts, three pools, well equipped beach front fitness room, hot tub and BBQ area.
