Comfy condo

We loved the location in the building, very easy to access the parking lot, elevator or stairs. The beach closet was so helpful and had everything our family needed for fun on the beach. The condo in general was well stocked with plenty of basic supplies. Not the most updated or high end condo, but our family was comfortable, had plenty of room, and enjoyed staying here. There were a few minor maintenance issues but they did not negatively impact our stay and the owners responded to our messages quickly.

Family beach trip

Enjoyed our stay! The location of this condo is great, beautiful gulf views and some fun shops and restaurants right across the street. My family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids) had ample space. The bar and 2nd table is great. Note the kitchen is a little tight if you are planning to cook a lot, but we did appreciate the touches like a waffle iron! We had a few hiccups during the stay (messy bath mats and problem with the kitchen faucet) but the host was very responsive and addressed the issues right away.

This unit was very clean and had a great view of the gulf. We had a couple of questions for the owner throughout the week and their response time was great. The property is directly across the street from four restaurants and an ice cream shop, all were very good!

Would do it again!

The condo was surprisingly well stocked and i tried to leave it that way when we left. What small issues we had they were quick to respond too. I was shocked to see the storage closet full of beach goodies for our use. The kids enjoyed them. The balcony had new chairs and it was nice to enjoy them while watching the sunrises. Thank you two for all you do for your patrons. It was a beautiful experience and i wouldn't hesitate to do it again thru you :)

No more hidden gem

Of the 7 years of fall breaks we’ve been coming here this is the most packed it has ever been. This was our secret spot with very little crowds and since the hurricane hit Mexico beach/Panama city beach it has become overly crowded IMO. Still a nice place to be though. I will say the families who allowed their children to run from the beach to the pool and hot tub unsupervised really frustrated me quite a bit. The gentleman smoking inside the indoor pool was quite inconsiderate too. Our condo was great as per usual the beds were very comfy which doesn’t happen often! Plenty of seating in Living areas , I guess it’s the mass of inconsiderate no etiquette people that made it less enjoyable. Setting your chairs literally inches from ours and blaring your music - rude

I appreciate this opportunity

My wife and I have adopted, and foster, several children besides our own. We have a large family and it’s hard for us to find accommodations that fit us. We’ve been bringing our family to the the Gulf Coast area for almost ten years and this has been the best experience we’ve had with a condo. It was just a little on the expensive side but the accommodations were awesome. Plenty of room and the location was fantastic. I do wish we could’ve had two parking passes but I completely understand why we couldn’t. My kids loved the villagio and went to visit several nights. Our family has made so many memories this year because of this opportunity

Really Nice Getaway

Just getting home from a weeklong family beach vacation in Perdido Key. Our stay was awesome, and our hosts John and Cindy were prompt and helpful in answering the couple of questions we had. Everything from the well appointed kitchen, to the two dining areas and large living room, the outdoor storage space with beach equipment to the beautiful views from our balcony added up to a memorable getaway. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay at the beach.

Great condo for Family Reunion

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo! The unit has an amazing living space for everyone to gather and enjoy beachfront activities. 2 comfortable king beds and bunks for the younger set to sleep in each with their own bath. Beautiful pool area and walks on the beach every day. Two great places to eat across the street and a cafe for coffee and ice cream. Everything we needed for our family to all meet in the area.
