A few bulbs out, wall clock had no battery, beach chairs rusted out/not working, bathroom rugs needing washing, living room window shade wouldn’t raise over half way, main floor bedroom closet door broken, patio chase lounge broken and not usable. It would have been nice to have more TP etc provided for a 6 night stayOtherwise it was wonderful! We had a great vacation and would like to return next year. Oh also would like to have a dresser or coat rack for clothes in the bunk room. Thank you.

The Port Side Villa was clean with all things necessary to have a memorable beach stay with family and friends. It has a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach amenities. Spacious in every room. It seems so far away, but is very close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the beach.

Beautiful condo, very comfortable beds. Right on beach. Lots to do near. Would have liked to have beach towels available, had to go buy several and try to pack them home. Also wasn’t given extra trash bags. That was very inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach side condo. Plenty of wonderful things to say about our stay. We loved it being beach front, we loved the ice maker that came in handy during our stay and we loved how quiet it was. If I could suggest one thing it would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Our room was lit up by the neighbors porch light all night and the mornings super bright for non-early risers on vacation. Our overall experience was very enjoyable while we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. It was nice to be back in the area we got married at. I would definitely stay here again, but with something to cover my eyes lol...beautiful place.

Great Beach House

Perfect relaxing vacation home!

Everything was as advertised, gated and very clean on the outside and inside. The check in process was a breeze and management answered all questions as fast as we asked them. Just a short walk to the beach! Would book again!

Perfect week at the beach

Very rarely do we rent a place at the beach and it turned out to be better than what we expected but that’s what happened! We have rented a lot of homes, condos, etc., on the Gulf of Mexico (America) in the last 40 years and that is hands-down, the best equipped with everything we needed!. Very spacious, clean, beautiful decor with all the comforts of home with a magnificent view so close to water! Nephew and grandson call Pompano fish right off the shore! It was a perfect week! Laura, the representative Realtor that meet us was so personable and answered all my questions! We will be back! It was a great experience!

Excellent Location & Beautiful Property

The townhome was lovely and very spacious with excellent access to the beach. The property management company responded quickly and efficiently with any concerns and met us onsite at check-in. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to cook and clean and the ice machine was a big hit! The property is in the less crowded area of the island which made for a peaceful stay and no crowds on the beach. Overall 10/10 stay!

Beautiful place to stay!

This condo was awesome!!! Very clean, with lots of space. The Amenities in this home is endless. It has everything you need for a great vacation without having to drag everything from home. We will definitely be staying again!Plenty of beach

Great Place!

This place is definitely one of the nicest places in Pensacola we have ever stayed at, out of 6 times down there this is a great place. Lots of room, plenty of space, the garage is incredibly nice, outdoor shower, mattresses all good, ac units (2) we’re phenomenal, lots of games for the kids on Rainey days and plenty of chairs downstairs for the beach 10 out of 10

Great home, great location

Couldn't have asked for more. This unit had everything we needed. Great bunk room for the kids, plenty of seating, great well stocked kitchen, great location, quiet neighborhood. We have stayed in the area before anywhere from Pensacola to Fort Morgan. This location is perfect. Quiet, not to crowded beaches but minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, Fort Pickens, etc. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we could have asked for and more. Would definitely stay here again. The communication and customer service was also excellent. Thanks for a great stay!
