First of all we had an overall good time. The description of the house is misleading. It states that the living room and the kitchen are on the second floor when the kitchen is actually on the first floor and the living room is on the second floor. The stairs are steep and very narrow.

The house is decent & large. There is a lot close by. I did feel like the kitchen was lacking a few very basic items, like an oven mitt. I don’t care for the part where we are expected to provide our own toilet paper & rolls of paper towels for example.

Great place to stay - 10-12 blocks to the main drag and restaurants, and about 3 minutes walk to the beach. Perfect place for a family or a girls’ trip (as we had)! Very comfortable beds, lots of towels, and immaculate!

House is in a neighborhood we really like to stay in on our trips down there. Quieter neighborhood with easy access to the sound for kids to swim or when the Gulf is at red flag. Only knock that takes it to 4 stars is the property management company, while they will text back quickly, was slow to address a plumbing issue that I raised to them and ended up having to fix myself. They could also do a basic bug treatment that would go a long way toward helping the general state of the house as I had to purchase a few different traps and bait myself.

Family Reunion

Our first time staying at a house instead of a condo at Pensacola Beach. Next rental we would like to have a water view. We had a great time as a family. Our Property management was great. Only issue was having no hot water at the kitchen sink. Also the outdoors can use a make over. Overall our staying was great.

The house was even better in person! We really enjoyed our time there! Very cozy and centrally located! The beach was right across the street! Very relaxing and the check in/booking/check out was very easy! Code sent to door! They even sent text during stay to check on things! Great time! We loved Pensacola and this little beach house!

Family get away

The house has a great location! Easy walk to the beach and morning coffee on the porch watching the bay was perfect. It’s a bit older and could use some new paint and touch ups but overall it was a great stay. I did suggest they spray for bugs, my husband killed 4 water bugs and 2 roaches.
