Great Condo

Great place for home base while staying in Pensacola beach. full kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms, on site coffee shop, and trolley stop right in neighborhood we’re some of our highlights.

Unit 602 is not good

I wish I could upload pictures of this place! I’ve stayed at portofino for over ten years…this was AWFUL! Tower 4 Unit 602 needs repair: blind in one bedroom is broken so you can’t go out of the door, the bed in the master looks like a fog chewed it, no bed skirt and BODY FLUIDS were on the headboard. I’m gagging typing this. We called VRBO…took days to get it cleaned. VRBO said the unit owner hung up on their call. I will be seeking compensation for the unsanitary conditions they forced us to stay in. I’ve emailed, called and spent hours of my vacay dealing with this disaster! Also, if you aren’t a body builder don’t try and slide the master bathroom door open…it’s stuck. Worst rental of my life!!

Great spot!

If you have kids I definitely recommend staying on this side of the property. Our son constantly wanted to be bayside and not beach side. Super thankful it was a very calm resort and we had a relaxing time.

Great Views

Great experience however when we first walked into the room there were clothes and personal items left in the unit on the tables and kitchen bar. We called front desk they told us to just move everything. Not a huge issue but we were questionable on the room due to the fact the clothes were left as well as the room looked completely different than the pictures showed here on VRBO. We did have a bigger patio than we thought we would have however we killed probably 20 to 30 cockroaches on the patio. We did inform the front desk of the issue. Other than that for the short time it was nice to get away and it is hard to beat Portofino if you are staying in the Pensacola area
