Enjoy the relaxed vibe of contemporary coastal design in this refurnished two-bedroom/2-bath condo. It is the perfect choice for families, offering comfortable accommodations for up to four guests.
The open floor plan features a bright, airy living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes fully equipped to create gourmet meals with luxury features such as granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.
The primary suite is furnished with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and the guest suite features a queen bed. Both bedrooms have brand new mattresses and flat-screen TVs while listening to the sounds of crashing waves.
The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. Two parking passes
You will receive two parking passes for your stay.
Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Location of property was great. Right on the beach, pool and beach easily accessible.
As for the condo, we were very disappointed in the condition and lack of maintenance. The living room furniture was dirty and in poor condition. The whole room should be re-furnished. There were several repairs and or maintenance needed throughout, which we informed the office of. In general, the whole place needs to be cleaned up. It does not look like the pictures on VRBO.

Great location
Property was clean and accessible to several area restaurants and shops. Management was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The only issue we had was getting the WiFi to work. We couldn’t get the unsecured WiFi to work and there password on the router didn’t work for the secure WiFi.

The property was separate from the tower itself. Walking in the building the outside looked very shady, not well maintained. The inside of the property needs serious upgrades, very outdated. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there! We didn’t have a remote for the tv in living room area and the bedroom TVs didn’t have any cable. The sofa bed only had sheets with no blankets and was very uncomfortable. The location was great and amenities as well. Just wish i had a better experience with the unit.
